MOLINE, Ill. — The Moline Public Library is hosting a celebration for fans of comics and graphic novels at this year's Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, May 4 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The day-long celebration is open to all ages and attendees are encouraged to come in Star Wars costumes to pick up a free comic, play some games, enjoy community-made art, and take fun pictures! Comics will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Moline Public Library thanks The Friends of the Moline Public Library Foundation and Mellow Blue Planet for sponsoring this event. Check out the Moline Public Library website for more information and events.
