DAVENPORT, Iowa — A large police presence gathered at NorthPark Mall Sunday evening, May 31.
Multiple squad cars were on scene outside of JC Penney around 11 p.m. Police on a loud speaker were advising people in the area to leave.
At about 8 minutes, 30 seconds into our Facebook live, a person was captured throwing what appeared to be a rock through the front of Northwest Bank, just east of the mall.
Police advised people in the parking lot to dissipate.
