Tom Pospisil from Eriksen Chevrolet Buick was on-hand to present a check for $480 for the December Three Degree Guarantee to Operation Celebration, Inc.
Accepting the check was Karen Williams .
Operation Celebration Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was founded in September 2012 by Karen Williams after reading about similar organizations located in Massachusetts and North Carolina.
After talking with a few friends, they decided that the children of the Quad Cities deserved to be celebrated too. They are committed to providing birthday celebrations for children residing in homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters and foster care group homes.
You can help them bring joy and a smile to the face of a child confronted with difficult circumstances. They believe that every child deserves to have a birthday celebration!
