DAVENPORT, Iowa -- An Italian TV network visited the Quad Cities to shoot a documentary about Bix Beiderbecke.
The film served as a catalyst to build a relationship between Iowa and Italy, with the glimmer of hope that the QC would become a new filming location for future movies.
