MOLINE — A new hearing in the battle over the ballot for Moline mayor has been set for Tuesday, December 20.
A hearing yesterday was postponed after City Clerk Tracy Koranda recused herself from the electoral board hearing the case.
Her boss, Mayor Scott Raes is challenging the petitions of his two opponents, Stephanie Acri and Bob Vogelbaugh.
They are fighting to appear on the ballot this spring.
Vogelbaugh says he’s been notified the rescheduled hearing is set for nine o’clock Tuesday morning at City Hall.
