An elderly woman with dementia that was reported missing has been found.
A spokesperson from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department said 73-year-old Vivian L. Palmer was found near the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department shortly before 10 p.m. She had left her Oquawka home around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014 and had not returned home.
Police say Palmer was wearing a maroon colored shirt, jeans, and white tennis shoes. She is white and stands about 5-feet 4-inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was reportedly driving a silver 2007 Mercury Montego, pulling a small single-axle trailer. The license plate on the vehicle is from Illinois and the number is “GMAVIV6.”
