WQAD's Matt Randazzo is spending time this week in the News 8 studio kitchen with Sean Dittmer, executive chef for the John Deere Classic and Chad Nelson, TPC Deere Run's food and beverage director. They are cooking up the same healthy, protein-filled meals the PGA tour professionals eat when they are at the course competing.

Monday's entree is tuna sashimi with ginger honey and wasabi sauce.
