Sterling-Rock Falls annual Fiesta Day parade coming soon, kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month
The parade starts off in Rock Falls before crossing city borders into Sterling, ending at the Grandon Civic Center. LULAC also hosting their Independence Day Fiesta.
