The Rock Island County Children's Advocacy Center Receives Funds from the Three Degree Guarantee

The Rock Island County Children’s Advocacy Center serves those under 18 who have been victims of sexual or physical abuse in a mission to reduce their trauma.

The Rock Island County Children’s Advocacy Center serves those under 18 who have been victims of sexual or physical abuse in a mission to reduce their trauma. To protect the best interest of the victims and their families, the center coordinates and tracks investigations, medical treatments, counseling referrals, prosecutions and training. These services are provided at no cost to the victims or their families.
