Tom Pospisil from Eriksen Chevrolet was on-hand to present a check for $500 for the January Three Degree Guarantee to Humble Dwellings.
Located in Eldridge, Iowa, Humble Dwellings helps transform the living spaces of those less fortunate by utilizing gently used, donated furniture and household items to create spaces that are warm and inviting. Receiving referrals from other local, nonprofit organizations, Humble Dwellings often works with those fleeing domestic abuse, sex trafficking or those in need of additional assistance. Funds raised from this month will be used to purchase mattresses and bed foundations.
