Traffic was heavily slowed on the eastbound lane of the I-74 Bridge for over half an hour after a crash Thursday afternoon.
Illinois-bound traffic flow was reduced to one lane after an apparent car crash sometime around 4 p.m. on September 2.
Cars were backed up all the way past Middle Road in Bettendorf.
Traffic flow returned to normal at about 4:45 p.m. after the crashed car was towed away.
