DAVENPORT, Iowa — Investigators say a stolen car crashed into a police cruiser in Davenport Monday morning, May 24. It happened shortly before 10 a.m. near Brady Street and Locust Street.
Police said some of the people involved were injured, but were expected to be okay.
There was no word on what led up to the crash, or if any arrests have been made.
Iowa Department of Transportation's traffic maps show slowed traffic on Brady Street, which travels only northbound, just before the Locust Street intersection.
Cars at the scene were backed up along Locust Street down to the intersection with Harrison Street.
