MOLINE, Ill. — Avenue of the Cities in Moline has reopened to eastbound traffic near 19th Street.
The road was closed so crews could install a new sanitary sewer.
Westbound traffic will continue to be detoured for the time being. There are posted signs helping you navigate around the closed road.
