TIANJIN, China -- Videos circulating on social media show a massive explosion in China's northeastern port city of Tianjin on Wednesday. USA Today reports that at least 17 people are dead and hundreds are injured.
The explosion occurred at a chemical storage terminal.
The People's Daily reported that the blast could be felt as far as six miles away.
