DAVENPORT, Iowa — A Clinton, Iowa woman is facing charges after four cars were damaged and two people, including a 3-year-old child, were injured in an accident Wednesday evening, just after 7:30 p.m.
The Davenport Police Department was following a 2020 GMC Sierra that OnStar, a vehicle security and emergency company, reported stolen, according to a crash report from Iowa State Patrol.
Kayln Fonner, 27, from Clinton, Iowa was driving the Sierra northbound on Grand Avenue, the report said. Fonner ran a stop light and was hit at East Locust Street by a 2016 Cadillac Escalade heading westbound.
The Sierra continued northbound and rolled on the passenger side, hitting a 2019 Ford Fiesta and a fourth vehicle that was parked.
The man driving the Fiesta was injured and taken to a nearby hospital. A 3-year-old child was also injured in the accident.
Fonner is being charged with eluding and theft.

An accident occurred around 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, at Grand and Locust, just east of Harris Pizza.
One of the cars was so badly damaged it even got turned on its side. A tire flew off one of the cars. No word from police if anyone was hurt or arrested.
