RAPIDS CITY, Illinois — Traffic headed into Iowa on Interstate 80 is backed up as of 12:55 p.m.
Iowa Department of Transportation traffic maps show backed-up traffic from the foot of the I-80 Bridge back to the I-80/I-88 interchange.
By 2 p.m. traffic was moving smoothly again in both directions.
