If you’re looking for the best Mexican food in the area, look no further. Two Quad Cities men are working to bring you the ultimate food guide.
Jake Lyle and Brandon Carleton started QCMexicanFood.com. The website offers an alphabetized guide of 34 Mexican restaurants that includes information including: cost, accepted methods of payment, hours, extra amenities, photos, a map and more.
In just a few weeks after the website launched, it got thousands of page views.
“First and foremost we simply love Mexican food,” Lyle and Carleton explain on their website. “Second, we love supporting small businesses.”
Navigating the site, you’ll find Lyle and Carleton’s Top Ten Mexican restaurant picks. Number three on their list, Los Primos, was featured on News 8 Tuesday, November 11 as a Hidden Gem Restaurant.
