Small Business Saturday is Saturday, November 26th, 2016.
The nationwide initiative started in 2010. In 2015, 95 million people went out to shop at one of the nearly 30 million small businesses across the United States.
Those shops and stores represent 99.7% of all businesses with employees in the United States. They're also responsible for 63% of net new jobs created over the past 20 years.
