ROCK ISLAND, Illinois -- Drivers headed into Iowa on the Centennial Bridge got caught in a slow-down near the foot of the bridge on the Davenport side.
The slow down started around 5:45 a.m. Thursday, May 2. Traffic cameras showed a line of cars on the bridge.
A city worker is on scene was directing traffic around flooding.
