DAVENPORT, Iowa- More than two dozen kids will get new bikes and helmets for Christmas this year.
It's through a program with the Scott County sheriff's department and Friendly House.
Scott County inmates restore used bicycles and helmets and make them look brand new. A presentation of the bikes will be December 5.
