DAVENPORT, Iowa- The Davenport school district officially has a new superintendent.
Dr. Robert Kobylski has finalized his paperwork with the state of Iowa and has officially started the job.
Last month there was some concern the paperwork wouldn't be finished on time.
Kobylski had to take classes at St. Ambrose University to round out his certification.
