GALESBURG, Ill. — A dental hygiene clinic is available at Carl Sandburg College, according to a statement from the school.
An array of services are available to the public, provided by second-year dental hygiene students. All students are supervised by licensed faculty members and dentists, according to the school.
Appointments last about 3.5 hours and could take two or more appointments to complete a cleaning.
Here is the price list for services offered:
- Adult cleaning — $25
- Sandburg student with a current Student ID — $15
- Children’s cleanings — $15
- Seniors (60+) — $10
- Full-mouth series X-rays — $15
- Panoramic X-ray — $15
Appointments are available through December 2. Patients have to fill out a health screening when arriving at the appointment.
