FULTON, Illinois - The Whiteside County Sheriff's Department is looking into a motorcycle crash that sent two people to the hospital.

The crash happened in rural Fulton. A passenger on the motorcycle was airlifted to Iowa City after suffering severe head trauma. Paramedics took the motorcycle driver to Mercy Hospital. Police have not released their names or their conditions.

The accident is under investigation.
