The Mount Pleasant School District is dealing with big problem, 27% of the high school is out sick with the flu.
The first reports of illness started one week ago. This week, it's exploded. 160 kids were either sent home or stayed home over the past two days.
The district says they deal with this kind of problem each year, but this is out of the ordinary. The Iowa Department of Public Health says it's too soon to say it's related to H1N1.
The school district is now taking extra time to make sure everything is wiped down each night.
