CLINTON, Iowa -
Election day didn't end Tuesday Clinton, Iowa.
There's still one of two Council at Large seats still up for grabs.
Jennifer Graf won the contest for one of the at-large seats with 24% of the vote. Charles Mulholland and Ron Mallicoat both tied with 22% of the vote.
The city will hold a run-off vote.
