Heavy cream 4-6 oz. Veal

3 Lg. Shrimp

4 Oz. Lobster

1 oz. Crab

Portabella Mushrooms

Sun Dried Tomatoes

Basil

Flour Veal – pan sear in pan for 3 mins. until light brown.

Sauce: In a skillet, cook mushrooms, seafood (no crab), add sun dried tomatoes & basil add the cream, reduce the cream, pour over veal.
