Caprese sauce:

2 large cans of canned tomatoes ½ cup garlic 1 Cup Basil 1 Tablespoon Virgin Olive oil 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning

-Mix all together and heat up in a pan until hot. Serve under the steak.

Fresh Mozzarella - cut thick 4 oz Filet tenderloin Fry steak in pan or on grill, top with fresh mozzarella, but in oven until cheese is lightly brown (approx. 3 mins.)

Place filet on top of Caprese sauce
