Goat Cheese 1 oz per patty, roll into patties, put patties into flour, then into an egg wash and then (3 parts) crushed ground/chopped pecans and (1 part) breadcrumbs.



Deep fry the Goat cheese patties until golden brown.

  • Spring Mix of Greens 4 oz
  • Carrots, julienne .5 oz
  • Green Apple, julienne .5 oz
  • Blue Cheese, crumbled 1 oz
