QUAD CITY AREA CAMPAIGN
WQAD's Day Long Collection Event is Monday, November 30th from 5A - 7P.
Registration
Begins: Thursday November 12, 2009
Ends: Saturday, December 12, 2009
NEW LOCATION FOR REGISTRATION THIS YEAR!
320 16th Street, Moline, IL (OLD JOHN DEERE COLLECTORS CENTER)
Registration will be Thursday - Saturday from 9AM - 5PM.
No registration on the day after Thanksgiving OR Friday, Nov. 28th.
What do people need to bring with them?
1. Picture ID (Government Issued, Driver's License, State ID Card or Matricula)
2. Social Security No of Parent (Last five digits of driver's license or SS#.)
3. Proof of Current Home Address (Light bill, phone bill, etc.)
4. Phone number (Number where you can be reached)
5. Children's birth certificates (Birth certificate or medical card showing birthdate or Acta De Nacinmiento)
6. CHILDREN MUST BE Newborn-12 YEARS OF AGE.
7. Foster Parents/Guardians must show proof of custody.

Donations
Donations can be dropped off at our studios during business hours, Monday - Friday from 8A - 5P. Last day we will be accepting toys at WQAD will be December 12th.

Cash donations are also accepted. Make checks payable to Toys for Tots.
Donations can also be made online at http://quad-cities.toysfortots.org/. All donations made online through this site stay locally.
Checks or money can be sent to the following address or dropped off here at WQAD and we will forward on.

Saturday, December 19, 2009 for registrants with registration numbers 1 - 1500.

Sunday, December 20, 2009 for registrants with registration numbers 1501 - 4000.

Distribution will be at the registration location - 320 16th Street, Moline, IL, (OLD JOHN DEERE COLLECTORS CENTER).
