WQAD's Day Long Collection Event is Monday, November 28th from 4:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Begins: Thursday November 10, 2011
Ends: Saturday, December 10, 2011

Corner of 53rd and Tremont. Turn south on Tremont and turn right once you pass the Frito Lay warehouse.

Registration will be Thursday - Saturday from 9AM - 5PM.
No registration on the day after Thanksgiving OR Friday, Nov. 25th.

What do people need to bring with them?
What do people need to bring with them? 1. Picture ID (Government Issued, Driver's License, State ID Card or Matricula)
2. Proof of Current Home Address (Light bill, phone bill, etc.)
3. Phone number (Number where you can be reached)
4. Children's birth certificates OR or medical card showing birthdate or Acta De Nacinmiento)
5. CHILDREN MUST BE 6 MONTHS - 12 YEARS OF AGE. They must be born before 6/17/11. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Foster Parents/Guardians must show proof of custody.

Donations
Donations can be dropped off at our studios during business hours, Monday - Friday from 8A - 5P. Last day we will be accepting toys at WQAD will be December 7th.

Cash donations are also accepted. Make checks payable to Toys for Tots.

Donations can also be made online at http://quad-cities.toysfortots.org/. All donations made online through this site stay locally.
